How It Works
  • Members receive CLUB shipments 4 times per year at the beginning of March, June, September and December
  • Members receive an email up to 3 weeks prior to shipping, indicating the quarterly selected favorites. You will be given the choice to change these selections or go with our picks. You must reply back prior to the specified deadline to customize. If you do not make your own specific selections, we will ship pre-selected favorites.
  • Pricing of each shipment will be the total of each wine selected less your discount plus your local sales tax. Shipping for the Bronze and Silver level will also be added to your invoice.
  • 2 shipments are required, however you can cancel anytime by simply sending an email to us at
  • Terms of the Club are subject to change. We reserve the right to remove a member from the club at our sole discretion.

  • How Do You Ship Wine?
    We exclusively use UPS.
  • Do I need to be present to receive my order from UPS?
    Yes, if shipped to your home, you must also present your ID to prove that you are over 21 years of age. If you would like to use a UPS Access Point, you can pick your package up at your convenience. UPS access points are a great tool and most of the time free to you to use.You can simply search on google “UPS Access Point closest to my location” and it will pop up a list to choose from, you may want to check with them first to be sure there is no fee to you.
  • What is a UPS Access Point?
    UPS Access Points are a great option for a busy schedule. You can simply choose to have your wines delivered to the most convenient location, and you will get notified of it’s delivery. Once delivered, you can visit the UPS location at a time of your choosing to sign for and receive your package.
  • When does my order get shipped?
    We currently ship out on Monday through Friday of every week. Typically, we ship three-day ground. Depending on your location from Mosheim, TN you may receive your shipment even quicker than three days.
  • Can I ship to my business address?
    Yes, please make sure your employer is okay with you receiving wine at your business.
  • Will I be notified that my order has been shipped?
    Yes, you will receive an email that your order has been shipped. This email will also include a tracking number so you can plan accordingly.
  • What should I do if I have more questions about my order or shipment?

  • If I am a member of the Club, do I receive an in-store discount on Wines?
    Yes, you receive the discount associated with your Club Level. If we happen to be offering an in-store promotion, you have the option of receiving the greatest discount offered but cannot stack the promotions. Sorry, no double discounts.
